Baby Bali is a bright cot quilt for groovy babies!. This is an extra EEEEZY quilt, made in a weekend (even less if using a pre-cut kit). The pattern makes a quilt 42" by 48" (1.07 m x 1.22 m). If not supplied as a kit, the pattern requires 1m of contrast outer border and dark squares, 70cm of smaller inner and binding, and five assorted brights - 25cm of each (or five fat quarters).
What was your inspiration?
Bali fabrics which I love designing with and also sourcing and retailing as kits to go with my patterns.
What are you most proud of?
Taking the leap and using black in a quilt pattern designed as a cot quilt. It is certainly a talking point with customers.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a simple design- just follow the steps in the instructions.
