What was your inspiration?
A friend of mine just had her first baby girl after six sons! So to celebrate, I made her this cute dress.
What are you most proud of?
I really like the azalea fabric. It reminds me of Virginia in the springtime.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a really well-done PDF pattern. The printed pages go together beautifully, but I found it helpful to tape them to my living room window. It acts like a light box and makes it easy to see the lines through the overlapping pages.
