What was your inspiration?
The yarn was my inspiration for creating this crescent shaped shawl. Layers of deep autumnal colors, rustic silk and a sheer whisper of linen give the finished piece a hint of vintage femininity while its shape gives it versatility and function.
What are you most proud of?
The versatility of the finished shawl. You can wear it as a shawl, a scarf, a cowl or even a ruffled skirt!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't let the lace scare you. It is a very easy-to-remember stitch pattern.
