I'm new here at Craftsy, and I'm a brand new weaver, too. (I'm still waiting for my Schacht Flip 20" to arrive!) I was browsing through the weaving projects for some project ideas that are suitable for beginners, and several of your scarves caught my eye. They are so beautiful! I'm even more inspired now than I was before! Thanks for sharing!

Your scarf looks amazing-like one you could buy at a boutique. I am thrilled that you took a leep to experiment with you yarns. Experimenting is the best way to learn, I think. Book learning is good but sometimes I find I get too legalistic following them.

This is really beautiful! Great work! I am new to using a rigid heddle. Everything I've done so far has been very ho-hum. This is definitely inspirational. :)

I would love to knit from a loom.. I have tried knitting needles, and didnt care for that method. These looms, have always intrigued me.. I will be checking into this more. It might be a class , that I need to take. thanks for sharing info !

Aloha Angela, What a gorgeous scarf! I want to make one - where do I go to get an Autumn Leaves kit? I didn't find anything on the Knitabulous website or in their Etsy shop. Thanks!

I bought that sock kit many years ago. Maybe you can contact Knitabulous to see if they still offer these kits?

It's a great scarf; the colors are beautiful. I don't have a rigid loom, but I guess I could do this on 4 harness table loom, which I have not touched for a long time. What's the width stripe of each color? an inch? .My yarn is stored away.... this would be a good to do project because I would be using the yarn and working with a simple structure is encouraging. The focus would be on color.

That is really beautiful! Inspires me to get my little Harrisville loom out and actually get it warped.
