What are you most proud of?
The chocolate leaves are very easy to make - brush chocolate over veined side (underside) of a leaf, chill until firm and carefully pull back the leaf, releasing chocolate leaf.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Always use butte cream frosting under fondant.
