What was your inspiration?
I was inspired by my cousin who has an autistic child. As well as many others who live with and care for an autistic family member.
What are you most proud of?
I am left handed and have had to teach myself to read patterns backwards. This is my first original pattern that I developed and finished.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
That even though it may be harder to achieve, the results are beautiful! Every time I make one of these scarfs I think of my cousins and all the hard work they put into raising their child, and this seems so easy!
