What was your inspiration?
I wanted to try my hand at a beginner's lace pattern. I altered an existing stitch pattern to create ruffles and a fan tail on the end.
What are you most proud of?
That I took a basic stitch pattern and designed this project around it.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I will have the pattern available for sale in a couple of weeks. Basic knitting knowledge is all that is needed: knit stitch, purl stitch, K2tog and YO increases. Once you have the pattern learned the stitches are easy and it knits up quick!
