I took some jelly roll strips and cut 2.5 x 5 inch rectangles. I also cut 2.5 x 5 inch rectangles from the white yardage. I took each 1930 reproduction rectangle and sewed a white one to it. I did that with all rectangles and then sewed them into colums. I used 88 print and 88 white rectangles and made 8 rows with 22 rectangles. What was your inspiration?
My great aunt has cancer and I wanted to make a quilt for her since she also used to quilt in her younger days.
What are you most proud of?
How good it looks. I think she will like it.
