What was your inspiration?

I loved the idea of having a asymmetric neckline with a decorative button. The color change was something I though would look great and was not planned.

The sweater is named after my sister in law who is also the model. I just knew when I was making it that it would look great on her!

What are you most proud of?

I love the charts in this pattern and I also love the available sizes.

Finished bust: 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 62) [76.2 (86.36, 96.52, 106.68, 116.84, 127, 137.16, 147.32, 157.48) cm] Shown in size 34To be worn with 2 inches of ease.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Always do a gauge swatch and it is very important that you do a blocked gauge for anything you make with lace. Since lace opens after you block it you want to make sure you do not accidentally make it too big!
