I am so excited about this project. It is for a quilt swap and the swirls and pebbles made it so much more special. My first attempt using Angela's instructions! Still need some work, but so happy with the results. Now I just need to finish the binding ;)Difficulty:

Materials
Cotton....solids and scraps. Paper pieced design, appliques. Embroidery floss stitches to highlight.
What was your inspiration?
My swap partner is an art teacher. I love flying geese and wanted to incorporate it into an "art theme"
What are you most proud of?
The WHOLE thing, right now! I designed the paper piecing. I am happy with my appliqueing by hand, I LOOOVE the quilting technique I learned in the class and I am happy I added embroidery to make it a bit more special!
