Artemesia Sweater in Black

Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
The Seamless Artemisia Sweater »

Instructions

None were attempted on this pattern, except I shortened the body (as I am short) to 13 inches prior to border, and chose not to have pockets.

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Clothing

For: Women

Style: Romantic, Classic

Materials

Worsted Weight Yarn, 100% acrylic.

What was your inspiration?

The instructor.

What are you most proud of?

That I made it in one peace, no seams, and it actually fit me (I used second size (34 1/2 inch bust). I knit somewhat loosely, so even going down a needle size did not help enough, so going down a size actually helped.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Follow the directions as much as possible, take a lot of video notes. The beginning is confusing, but you eventually see how it fits together after you join the yoke.

Yeah, sorry about that. I don't have a great camera and I was doing it alone. Did it off my webcam. Maybe if I learn how to use my son's Kindle Fire camera, then I can get a better pic!

Hard to see. Small picture and black yarn. But what I can see looks great! Enjoy it. I really wearing mine.
