Art Deco Fan: Modeling Chocolate
Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake:
4 pounds of solid modeling chocolate hung vertically on this 6-tier wedding cake. Modeling chocolate was the only way I could create this Art Deco-inspired fan without waiting for it to dry. I saved days of drying time, and no cracking even if a small portion was bumped. A gumpaste nightmare... A modeling chocolate dream!
