please tell me this is Red Velvet cake!! (perhaps it should be on its back? just kidding) You did a perfect job, getting that shape right just couldn't have been easy, and using the cocoa powder was genius.

It is Red Velvet Pam....Steel Magnolias!!! At our church the men have a Mens Wild Nite where they bring all sorts of game. My husband is not a hunter and didn't know what to take with him..So I made him some wild game!! They all loved it.
