Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used the same technique but with different tools than what Maggie Austin used since it was what I had on hand - I frilled the fondant using a round, metal ball tip instead and made the cabbage rose using a rose cutter (petal by petal) for the inner petals and a round cutter for each outer petals. I loved how her video was so detailed and easy to follow.
What are you most proud of? the frills! They are so delicate and the thinnest I have ever worked with.
