Thanks Rkatika, It took a little while deciding what to do for this block. I didn't really like Amy blocks, I thought they were too simplistic! Julieannabell.

I totally agree, that's why I did a variation instead of just sewing the hexagons straight across the block.

Althought this project is not trimmed it will look even better when it has a 2.5 inch strip border when joining all my other blocks together! I can't wait to see what it looks like. Julieannabell.

I found this by accident, hope I can describe for you. Sign in, as you normally do, and go to the Craftsy Block of the month class with Amy's picture. Below the Craftsy logo, click on TALK. When that shows up, look to the LEFT for a column. Click on Craftsy PLATFORM. My entry is in the discussion about adding photos or something and scroll down........look for my Yorkshire Terrier picture on the right hand side, on or about 5/18. Hope this works.

That is so beautful. Great imagination and color scheme. I think the blue for the stems was brilliant. Who said they had to be green anyway LOL

If you go to the Craftsy Platform on the left side of the "talk" page of Block of the month, you can see what I have been up to. I have had posting issues, as you can read. I have three messages with my blocks around 5/18 under "adding pictures or something like that, if you are interested.
