What was your inspiration?
The April hexi blocks from the BOM class.
What are you most proud of?
I came up with my own design. I liked it so much I've made 3 other blocks. I'm looking for suggestions for finishing off this wall quilt. I want to add another border(s). What color(s) should I use? I'm also thinking of adding another hexi flower to the center after sewing the 4 blocks together.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Learn to hand applique and be patient. I am not too patient, obviously, or I would make tons more blocks to make a bed quilt. (LOL)
