I inwardly groaned when I saw the handwork involved, but I decided it wouldn't kill me to do it, and when I actually sat down to do it, it didn't take very long and I found the project surprisingly satisfying. Not saying I want to make a whole quilt this way, however!Category: Quilting

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The handwork on these little hexies didn't take anywhere as long as my active imagination convinced me they would. I enjoyed the process, which surprised me, as I was not looking forward to these. I think I used more energy procrastinating, then I did sewing. ;-)
