Go for it. I' ve been auditioning fabrics for days....... making a couple of extra hex because a couple were complete duds as they are fairly small. One piece I hated in the scrap pile and looked beautiful in a hex. You never know. And the hand work is a nice respite from being glued to a machine.

Very nice. I've been procrastinating on this month's block. How complicated was it? Time consuming?

Well actually its not that bad and I really enjoyed it. Its NOT hard at all, I was amazed at how easy it was when I got started. I got all my squared pinned to my paper pieces and sat one evening while watching tv and did my trimming and basting and sewing together. Sewing them on the 12 1/2 in square went really fast.

I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and get started. Maybe this weekend.

Your fabric is so cheerful and bright. Is it from your stash or a line of fabrics with a name?

It is Oops A Daisy by Keiki for Moda. Its the first time I have ever tried to do a quilt with a FQ bundle. I love it. Thank you. :)
