What was your inspiration?
Rachel Saunders use of different ways to infuser different flavor profiles into her Jams and Marmalade's.
What are you most proud of?
Being able to create and tinker with recipes to make my own flavor profiles that my family and friends like.
Nothing like having people sit around laughing, talking and sharing homemade morsels.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Grab Rachel Saunders Blue Chair Jam Cookbook...Follow her instruction for a couple of recipes just to get the hang of how she goes through her processes then go out on your own and experiment!!!! It's fun to be creative!!!
