Materials

Apples, blackberries, lemon, water, Minute Tapioca, cinnamon, agave syrup, vanilla, whole wheat pastry flour, salt, extra light olive oil.

What was your inspiration?

A bumper crop of apples and blackberries!

What are you most proud of?

I'm rather fond of my signature pie top.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I've only made pie dough using this oil based recipe so I don't know how difficult it would be to make pie using a more traditional recipe. Give it a try. It took some practice to get the dough rolled out into a relatively even circle but it's not rocket science and it's fast and easy!
