What was your inspiration?
Knitted hats--I love how soft, stretchy, and solid they are. I wanted to replicate this for crocheting as well since some just don't understand how soft and stretchy crochet can be!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You don't have to follow the yarn label hook recommendation. In fact, don't! Go up a couple sizes to get a softer finished product.
