Apple Core project

Instructions

This is a traditional block. You can create the template or you can do as I did and purchase a plastic template which is similar to a ruler. This one is the 10" version and I found it on eBay for around $10. Fon's and Porter has one for around $20.

Anyhoo, I think I have to purchase some more pins. I don't normally pin while I quilt, but yes, you have to with this one. We'll see ...

Well done getting them together in rows. I am planning a quilt using one core from each fabric in my stash. None sewn together yet. I've only been through my Blue fabrics so far.

AccuQuilt makes a apple core die and is sewn more easily with a curve master foot.
