What was your inspiration?
Request by recipient for an anniversary cake that had an antique and french effect
What are you most proud of?
This was my first antique designed cake I am very happy with the final outcome.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Ganache the layers of the cake together. Sculpt the formation you want and ganache the whole cake before placing a sheet of icing over the whole project. The only colour was a little red on the roses.
