What was your inspiration?
Solving a chocolate dilemma or sweet tooth. Not too much wanted but highly prized the the romantic mood.
What are you most proud of?
I think I achieved the desired mood.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Look around the house for items that could be incorporated in your cake design. For this cake I used an upside-down flower vase. Placed and decorated some white fondant on the now top of this vase then placed the 3" tiered chocolate cake. I made edible ribbons then made a sugar gardenia and placed the flower inside the vase, as if now the flower is encased. I made a card to highlight the occasion.
