What was your inspiration?
Annie is still growing. She needed a new dress for the picnic this year. The cotton fabric came from my mom's stash. Annie made the decision to go with the 3/4 sleeve, instead of the short, puffy sleeve. I glad she did, as it was much quicker to put the sleeves on the bodice, and it gives her a more mature look, the look on an almost 11 year old. lol.
