Great painting Lysa. How do you find working with oils? Have only used acrylic and was pondering whether to try out oils.

Hi Tara! And thank you so much. I like acrylics because they dry fast and are a fairly safe medium. I prefer oils however since they are so forgiving. If I don't like something, I can wipe it away even a couple of days later. When I use oils I feel as though I'm sculpting with paint as opposed to acrylics. With acrylics I see myself building layers instead. Which can be fun too! What type of paint I use just depends on my mood. Just be careful with oils as some of the colors have harmful chemicals and the solvents used to clean your brushes can be harmful if not handled properly. Give oils a try, you may love them!!
