What materials did you use? Cotton fabric. This quilt started with disappearing 9-patches using 6½"squares to make the initial 9-patch. With the disappearing 9-patch made, triangles were cut off from center top to center side all around the disappearing 9-patch block. The border squares were made from the cut-off triangles by pairing a dark and a light triangle.

What are you most proud of? I figured out how to use up the triangle scraps.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Start big because the small squares made from the triangle points will be very difficult to match and stitch if the original squares are smaller than 5½".

This was my version of Anita's Arrowhead before I took her Craftsy class. The corners aren't wasted as they were stitched into triangle squares and used for an asymmetrical border.
