Half chocolate and half vanilla sponge. Chocolate ganache, butter cream and royal icing
What was your inspiration?
This cake was made for my youngest son's 15th birthday. He loves Angry Birds and we often sit together and play the game...well to be honest he instructs me where to shoot the birds and I do as I'm told!
What are you most proud of?
I love the birds, they really came alive once the pupil of the eyes were put in place.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
