I doubles the stitches on the flap then binded off two together at a time to create the ruffle. The button is forced through with no real button hole. The strap was a quick add on at the end.

My niece, Anabelle is a five year old little woman. I thought she needed something to carry her make up in.

The ruffled flap closure.

Size it to your needs. You could make it in any colour, any size.
