Materials
I used what I had on hand, which was 22 gauge soft silver filled wire, 20 gauge soft half round silver filled wire & a 7mm faceted amethyst. I started out with the 8mm & had to change to a 7mm because the distance from the culet to the girdle was very long so I adjusted the prongs just a little bit for the 7mm.
