Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Robin Hood Bread Flour
What are you most proud of? It wasn't too big of a shock, but, I completely wow-ed my family with this (handsome hubby tends to love anything I make - which makes me brave in the kitchen). I love how quickly I knew the recipe was turning out right.
What advice would you give someone starting this project? The right tools really do make a difference. The wooden pizza peel can only be sort of substituted with a thin silicone cutting board to place the pizza on the stone without touching the stone. And two metal spatulas do a pretty OK job of removing the pizza. I think I'll be investing in a pizza peel.
