What was your inspiration?
My grandmother's cousin's son is MIA in Laos since Nov 30, 1968 - Capt Raymond C Stacks. Although some remains from the crash were repatriated, no positive DNA identification was made for Ray. While there is a place for him at Arlington, he may still be in Laos.
What are you most proud of?
This project has been rolling around in my head for a while now. I'm glad I finally started it.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just start stitching and slashing. You never know where it will take you!
