Category: Jewelry

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Romantic, Traditional, Classic

Materials

Polymer Clay, acrylic paint

What was your inspiration?

The center stone which I made from Polymer Clay was my inspiration for this peice. The beautiful amber color with streaks of honey inspired the name. The setting and the charms are also made by me and this peice is a One of a kind,

What are you most proud of?

I think the setting is what I'm most proud of on this peice. No molds were used and it is completely hand made by me.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Particularly when I'm making my faux stones, I let the peice happen as it happens, I don't try and force it. Polymer Clay is a very giving and forgiving medium to work with.

I love polymer clay. You can make it look so close to the real thing it is uncanny. You did a beautiful job on this piece!
