What are you most proud of?
The seaming. I used Vogue 1274 as my pattern hasn't arrived yet, and the dupion I purchased from the local fabric shop - not the best fabric shop in the world! I think it is rather old - and it was sooooo expensive. I like the pattern, and I took a lot of fabric out at the hip line as it was supposed to wrap into a tucked buttoned back. I don't need bulk there. I however left the sleeve with the tuck and button detail. The fit is good, and I think the collar is too high but I can fold it down. Can't wait for the class pattern to arrive - but I won't make it in silk as it wouldn't get the wear around our country town.
