This is a great project ~ the teacher is very good & clear ~ the Wonderful people that are in this class are very helpful & very encouraging. Start today, with all this help, YOU CAN DO THIS.

Your blocks came out wonderfully and I love the colors you chose. It will be a gorgeous quilt! I'm 6 blocks behind but have so much going on right now that I may not finish for awhile. Have loved the class though!

Very Very Pretty Blocks and colors! It is going to be a BEAUTIFUL Quilt!!! (where in NE WA are you from? I was born in Spokane - and spent my school years in Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, Mercer Island then lived on Whidbey Is. for 12 years before moving South.)

Thank you Sandie for your kind words. We are located on Lake Roosevelt on the west side about seven miles south of Inchelium & catty corner across the lake from Rice. We have a little tree farm & some wheat, orchard & ofcourse a garden. I really like Whidbey & Mercer. How far south did you go? Thanks again Sandie. :-)

I moved to Florida and moved there for 21 yrs - then to NorthEast corner of Georgia, where I have lived for 23 yrs. :-)

I really like the colors in your blocks and the embelishments are such a special addition. I had not thought of doing that, I may need to think about doing that with some of my blocks. I sure adds a lot to them. Very nice.

Pamillia they are just stunning, I cannot wait to see it quilted. Are you going to do it as a big quilt? I am considering the one block at a time method. Have you used that? Thanks for sharing x

Lesley, I am NOT a good quilter & have a few problems w/my hands. So for this one, ( Ireally like it ) I will probably have it quilted. I have not tried the one block method yet, but I signed up for Leahs' class & will probably try to do it there. Are you going to be taking Leahs free motoin class ? Thank you again. :-)

Yes Pamillia, Leah's class is on my wish list. I will have to wait for pay day before signing up though. I am signed up to Anne Petersons class about quilting large on small and she shows you how to do it but Leah's class looks more interesting. I have sorted my layout and that's about as far as I have got as work has been getting in the way too much :-(
