What was your inspiration?
The client wanted to incorporate her daughter's love of Alice in Wonderland together with a graduation celebration....thus, the cake.
What are you most proud of?
That it was structurally sound! :)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Lots of sketching and planning. Devise a timeline of what elements you can and need to do ahead of time and how long each step will take. Create a list of everything you will need from construction supplies to what colors of fondant you want to use. Having everything ready to go helps immensely.
