Instructions
I used coordinating fabrics for the large yo-yos between his body sections. The instructions in the book used twill tape to tie the sections together, but I didn't have any when he was constructed. I used nylon wrapped cording to fix that! This is strong enough to hold him together for a loooong time, through several grandkids playing with him, I hope!Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I found this book at Hobby Lobby just after I found out my grandson is going to be a big brother! This book cover is just so cute and made me want to make some more things for the "kids". None of these projects use much fabric (of which I have a lot!) and are simple enough to make in a couple of days. That fits in perfectly when I need to take a break from quilting!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun with these, I have more to come soon. (As soon as I decide which one to make next that is.)
