What was your inspiration?
My great granddaughters. I needed to keep things simple and quick so I could make several outfits for each child's doll. The poodle applique was included since I am a child of the 50's and the skirt lends itself to a quick felt version.
What are you most proud of?
That the skrt pattern is super easy and quick. It mixes and matches with all my other patterns available here on Craftsy and more will be available soon. All with the goal of making things simple to make.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This pattern along with my other patterns for the 18" dolls will make a beginner project. The doll's friend can design her own wardrobe for her own doll
