What was your inspiration?

A One Block Wonder class at a local quilt shop.

What are you most proud of?

I love how the animals turned out. The blocks were not fussy cut.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Be very careful not to stretch the fabric, its very easy to do. The first one should definately be made from a patterned fabric that repeats every 24". You can experiment after that. Read the book, it really takes you through it step-by-step.

You have such exciting taste in fabrics. Love this one and the Mexican one the best. On this one, I think you have to see the whole quilt to really appreciate it. Thanks for putting up lots of pictures. Was this a Stack and Whack? - Love that pattern
