What materials did you use? Paper, marker, ruler, scissors, glue stick

This helps in the flow of the garment also I believe. If I want the garment to have more fullness in the flow I would add where I want the extra, correct? Thank you for your help

Yes, because not all areas of a [pattern have ease. Things like shoulder to apex and apex to apex need to reflect the body pretty close or they create fit issues, but silhouette like in a blouse might have more fullness in the side front or side seams.
