Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This is a three tiered cake. I used a fondant made of gelatin and heavy cream. It came out so good! Easy to work with. I highly recommend this fondant. The bow is of modeling chocolate. The top tier is Addisyn's smash cake. It is a strawberry flavor. The #1 is made of fondant. I made it two days prior so that it would dry. I have a stick centered in the middle for support. Little candies are centered down the number for decoration. I also made a flower to set it off at the base of the number to give it that extra flair. The hot pink is offset with black polka dots. The center cake is chocolate the bottom is vanilla. Her initial's offset the bottom layer. Happy Birthday Addisyn.
