Stay really relaxed when making the nupps. With using the lace weight yarn, I found it easier for me to pull the yarn through the 7 stitches using a crochet hook. This is a really fun project!Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I love anything sparkley so the beads were the perfect touch. The combination of Laura's design with lace and beads is just something I had to learn. Just taking Laura's course really inspired me to try laceweight since she mentioned in her course that if you had knit lace before, you should be fine.
What are you most proud of?
I am so proud that I chose beads for this project that I wouldn't normally choose. Laura really encourages you to try different beads because they really look different once they are placed in the yarn. These beads really pop and I am so proud of the finished project.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Stay loose with the nupps. Enjoy this project...it is the most fun I have had making a shawl!
