Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Four tiers, each tier was three layers with swiss meringue buttercream filling. Each tier was covered in bittersweet chococate and then fondant. Two layers were frilled using the technique taught in this class and the roses were made of gumpaste using the Nicholas Lodge Craftsy class. The cake was done as a gift to the bride and groom.
