What was your inspiration?
I loved the fact that my girls could wear this and it add just enough warmth and not the bulkiness of a coat or jacket. I also liked that it said was easy and if only one skein you can opt for an expensive yarn for a special gift and not go broke doing it.
What are you most proud of?
That it turned out perfect. The sizing is right on and ended up fitting just right. This is the first actually wearable garment I've made. Others could be worn but usually not by the person intended for. This time I have a sign up for it. Amazed.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you have never done some of the techniques listed don't worry. The directions and the photo's are amazing and easy to follow. You always have a way to ask questions and answers are fast and very helpful.
