This is a great stash buster, so you can use whatever colors of yarn you like to make the pumpkins. If you're a traditionalist, go orange; if you like a little whimsy, throw in the purples, whites, blacks, and and greens.
What was your inspiration?
I wanted a holiday project that was quick.
What are you most proud of?
The pumpkins are pretty stinking adorable.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
There are five types of pumpkins included, but you can repeat your favorites and change up the colors to create a totally custom garland, centerpiece, or (with the addition of some wire) set of place card holders.
