A lovely pattern to make. I have now made 12 of these delightful angels for my Christmas tree. What was your inspiration?
A wonderful workshop with Catherine Howell (the designer) set me on the path to creating these angels. Then I purchased some more of the lovely ColourStreams felt and I was inspired to keep on creating. It is such a simple pattern and each angel has been different from her sisters.
What are you most proud of?
That they all got completed in time to show them off on my Christmas Tree!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure that you have a good quality pure wool felt for the project. The pure wool felt has more body and supports all of the sequins, beads and trims really well. Hand dyed felt makes the project even more special.
