Category: Knitting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Casual, Classic, Romantic

Materials

2 colors of Briar Rose Fibers Fourth of July

What was your inspiration?

The yarn was my inspiration for this design. I had one skein (the darker color) of Briar Rose Fibers Fourth of July sitting in my stash for so long and then one day I looked at it and it said "shawl." From there it actually went on to inspire a whole collection!

What are you most proud of?

How much other folk are enjoying knitting the shawl.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Don't be put off by the long cast on. It's the most frustrating part and will be very rewarding as each row gets shorter!

Thanks ;o) The model is actually my younger sister. She models the designs for almost all my patterns. She loves the attention, which you can probably tell from the pics!
