What materials did you use? The Top: I used 6 Blocks of the months. #7 April Block of the Month.1 #8 April Block of the Month.1 #8 April Block of the Month.2 #8 April Block of the Month.3 #7 April Block of the Month.3 #9 May Block of the Month.2 I joined the blocks with 4 1/2" strips of hand dyed cotton The Back: I recycled a giant velvet house coat. Using the principles taught in the "creative quilt backs" coarse. I cut and placed a block strip down the middle of the back. I used some cotton flour sacks that I had dyed as th joining material between the blocks. I used batik print cotton, aplica fans on the sides. These match the same material used in the hexicon blocks and the wonky Log cabin block. I used My Blocks of the Month: #10 May Block of the Month "wonky Log cabin" #8 April Block of the Month, Left over Hexicon variation Block #1 #8 April Block of the Month, Left over Hexicon variation Block #2
