What are you most proud of? Thank you so much Jacqueline for all of your help and insight - the bride, groom and parents of the bride and groom were so in love with the cake. Oh, and I fixed the "drunken" groom just after I took this picture. LOL

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It took me 3 days to make 100 red roses. A lot of time and a lot of patience. I'm sure I could have gone more slowly and done many more details, but there just wasn't time!

Lovely! You seem to have stored the cakes in the fridge (maybe I'm mistaken) with the gum paste roses on the bottom tier. Were the roses OK? I've always heard not to put gum paste / fondant projects in the fridge.
