What are you most proud of?
When you look at the front of this quilt you will see it is all curved pieced a skill I learnt through craftsy.com on line course block of the month. but finished it with another skill I learnt through another craftsy.com course Creative quilt backs, and a bit of scrappy quilts as well. There has been very little waste as Im sure you will see.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just give it a go, you will be surprised what you can do, Watch the video's over and over again until you get enough confidence to do it. once you have mastered it you like me will be very proud of your effort.
The idea of Bows was just a bit of fiddling about placing them on the back willy nilly, here and there, I started with circles, then thought butterflies, too much work....with all the bits. then thought they also look like bow, gee I hope they do. Im pretty pleased with it
